Which AAV is right for you?
You've decided that you want to take advantage of our Affirm-A-Visions™ to transform your life. But now you're having trouble deciding where to start? Don't worry. Like anything new, it can seem daunting at first.
All the options and choices we offer are simply designed to make it easier for you to customize your experience... so you can start using the Affirm-A-Vision™ technology and seamlessly integrate it into your life. The only real question you need to ask yourself is where do you want to start? Which area of your life will be the first area that you focus on?
The Easy Method:
If you have several areas you want to work on, look over all of the Affirm-A-Visions™ we offer and see which one looks the most intriguing. As you look at each Affirm-A-Vision™, imagine that area of your life transformed and choose the one that makes you feel better when you're picturing it -- the one where you imagine yourself being the happiest after that area has been transformed. See how easy that was? That's where you start!Work with that Affirm-A-Vision™ for 30 days, at least twice a day. (You can also get an audio version of that soundtrack and listen to it while you move around throughout your day if that appeals to you.) At the end of the 30 days, notice the changes in your life and the way you feel. Don't be surprised if the other areas of your life have improved while you've been working on this one. If you decide that you want to continue focusing on this area for another 30 days, feel free. But if you imagine that another area of your life is now tied to your greatest happiness, choose a different Affirm-A-Vision™ that addresses that area for your next 30 days.
The Foundation Method:
If you are living the life of your dreams except for ONE PARTICULAR area, then you might want to consider starting out differently. Having all of the difficulty in a singular area of your life might be an indication that you are fighting against some deeply-rooted beliefs in that area. In this case, it is usually helpful to start out by first using an Affirm-A-Vision™ for an area where you feel strong in your life. Use this Affirm-A-Vision™ while you become familiar with training your mind about the new way you want it to behave. Allow yourself to notice the positive, strong feelings you have after using this Affirm-A-Vision™. Most people that use this method, even if they did not anticipate this area could improve, begin to notice positive changes that they had not anticipated. That's normal. It's also common that as you focus on one area with an Affirm-A-Vision™, other areas of your life begin to improve as well even if you weren't focused on them. Noticing these positive results allows you to be more open to the possibility of changes in an area where you might feel more stuck. After a few weeks, you can continue using your AAV to enhance your strong area, but start to work with an Affirm-A-Vision™ for the area where you don't feel as strong immediately after it. Maintain the feeling of positive well-being as you do the second Affirm-A-Vision™. Doubling up like this is a great way to get through mental blocks that you've built for yourself.
The Saturation Method:
There is a third option for you if you have a single area of your life that is a CRISIS situation. Go ahead and start out using THREE Affirm-A-Visions™. TWO that represent areas where you feel stronger in your life and then another one in the area that needs some attention. This option allows you the same partnering "trick" of the second option, but it lets you focus on the CRISIS area immediately and lets you piggy-back transformation in that area with the areas where you have less resistance. Use this method until you move out of the CRISIS situation and then throttle back to The Foundation Method. Go ahead. That's all you need to start. Everything else that you might need, you can pick up along the way.
