How quickly does all of this work?

In an age of microwaves and the internet, the number one question that comes up is, "how quickly do self transformation tools work?" Fortunately, the answer is IMMEDIATELY! However, the question that is usually intended is actually, "how quickly will I see results?" And the answer to that depends on how "far from home" you have wandered. Remember the parable of The Prodigal Son?

A man had two sons. The younger demanded his share of the estate and set off for a distant land where he squandered his wealth in wild living. Soon, he had spent everything he had and found himself in the midst of a famine. Needing work, he takes work as a swineherd but finds that even the pigs eat better than he does. He comes to his senses and realizes he wants his life to be better and that even if his father disowns him, being one of his servants would still be better than the life he is living. He sets off for home and as soon as he is within sight of his father, his father runs to greet him with great joy, showering gifts on him and celebrating the return of his son who 'was lost and is found.'

The older brother's reaction at the end of the parable is the oft-repeated reaction of the young: "It's not fair!" The older brother felt that he was at home and a "good son" all those years and then his little brother returns home and is immediately showered with gifts, love and acceptance. One of the beautiful things about this parable is that unless you realize that abundance is infinite, and that someone else's abundance does not take away anything from you... then it is hard to understand how it can be "fair." But the point of the parable is that as soon as you take a step toward the life you want, it will take leaps and bounds to you. You just have to take that first step.

Abraham-Hicks spoke about it in this way:

When you begin to understand Law of Attraction, and you understand that which is like unto itself is drawn, then it is easier and easier to understand that you are offering a signal, and the entire Universe responds. And when you finally get that, and you begin to exercise some deliberate control about the signal that you offer, then it really begins to be fun, because then you recognize that nothing happens outside of your creative control. There are no things that happen by chance or by circumstance. There is nothing that is happening because of something you vibrated a long time ago or in a past life. It is not about what you were born into. It is only about what you are, right now, in this red hot fresh moment emitting.

What this means is that RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW is the perfect place and time to grab control and create your perfect life. And it begins to work IMMEDIATELY. But have patience because if you have wandered far, then you may need a little patience to find your way back. But honestly, it'll be quicker than you think. And when you begin to see results, it happens amazingly fast after that.

So don't settle for anything less than your ideal. And start today!
